Warning:Cuteness Overload

I think this little one is so cute. She's the sweetest thing too. Her poor daddy. That's all I'm gonna say.

Little Man

How sweet is this...the face, the oxford shirt, the blazer...just all too precious. Yet another one that's growing up way too fast.

He's 2!!

Okay, this little guy is one of my very first victims...er, subjects. I got my camera not too long before he was born and so he was my practice baby. Bless his heart, he just couldn't stay put. He's 2 and playing in the playroom at my house was far more important than sitting for a picture. We did manage to snap a few and here's a couple. Oh, the lollipop kept him in one place for a long time, go figure.

The Broom Family

One of the sweetest families I know...seriously. We started out on a Thursday but were rained out so we met up on Saturday and the Lord answered prayer and gave us great weather. We were able to get plenty o' pics so here's one of my favs...

No pressure, really.

So these guys came over to have their picture taken. From what I understand, their mama, by her own admission, doesn't have their picture made that often. So, here they were and it was my one chance to give her something she loved since it may be some time before they did pictures again. These two are adorable and really did well. She should have their picture taken more often.

Some of my favorite people...

I love this family. They are such a blessing to me and my family and just as sweet as can be. It was a little warm to be doing outdoor pictures but they were troopers and we got some great shots. Here are a couple...

Miss G is 3 months old!!

It's nice to have repeat faces. I take it to mean that I did a good job the first time and they liked me enough to come back. This is Miss G. She is so sweet and just the best little baby ever. It's crazy how time flies and I just bought a prop for her 6 month pictures because it will be here before I know it. Here's a couple from her session..

Can't Believe She's 2!!

I've known this little one's mama for about 9 years. Wow! Has it been that long...sure doesn't seem like it. Anyway, this is her baby who recently turned 2. How cute are the curls? She wasn't particularly interested in smiling at me but we did get some sweet shots.

Big Brother, Little Brother

I am a little behind on blogging my latest "sessions" so I thought I would take a minute and catch up. These guys are such cuties. Big Brother was so sweet and attentive to his Little Brother...so sweet to see.

It's my party and I'll cry if I want to!

Miss A came over last week to do her birthday pictures. We started out and soon decided that we should call it quits for a bit and so they came back in the afternoon for round two. Round two went a little better and the funny thing was that her mom, dad, brother, aunt and myself were all trying to get her to smile but what really got the smile was looking at herself in the mirror. I should've started out with the mirror to begin with...

Caution, you may want one after you see her....

Meet little Miss G. She came by yesterday for her first photo shoot. How beautiful is she? Newborns are a challenge and I am still learning but I think this is one of my favs from her session. Welcome to the world little girl, we're so glad you're here!

Sisters

Sisters share a special bond and having 2 brothers, I can't say that from personal experience but just from my own observations. This big sister and her very new baby sister came by the other day and even at a young age, that bond is evident. Here are a couple from our time together.

HaPPy BiRThDaY!!!

So this is the second time that little Miss R has been over to my house for pictures. I know her mama has taken lots of pictures of her but there's something about my light and background that make her a little unhappy to be here. She seemed to recover when we brought out the cake and let her eat it. All in all we got plenty of shots for them to choose from and here's one of my favorites.

Squishy Sweetness

This baby came by for some pictures with his big brother and big sister. He is what I like to call a "healthy" baby, meaning that he's got a nice layer of squish-i-ness. This family was so sweet and I appreciate you bringing them by for pictures!

I may be a little partial...

but this has got to be one of the cutest babies ev-ah! This is my niece, Sawyer, and she is just over 4 months old. They were in town for a visit and I was just dying to take her picture. I think she has a future in modeling as she was so compliant and really didn't say a peep...even when we were shoving her in this bowl. Enjoy!!

There's gotta be a way...

To keep a one year old in one place, right? My friend brought her little ones over and man-o-man is her youngest on the move! She's just like my Luke, places to go, people to see and sitting still, looking at the camera is not on the agenda. We tried everything but standing on our heads and it was only after we were done and the camera put away that she actually sat still. Anyway, it was good to see an old friend and a valiant effort was made to get some shots of them. Here's a quick peek.

Better late than never...

I've had computer issues. I've been out of town. I've run out of excuses for why I can't actually get a sneak peek up before I send someone their proofs. Anyway, here are a couple from a recent maternity shoot. The excitement of expecting a baby was almost, I said almost, contagious when this momma-to-be came over to have a few "before" shots done. Hope I can share some "after" shots of her little one when he makes his debut.

They don't get much sweeter than this...

Meet Mr. F. He came by the other day for his first photos. He really wasn't all that interested in sleeping so many of the shots we got that day were of him awake. But my stars is he the most precious little thing. He finally did doze a little and this is one that we captured. Thanks so much to his mama and daddy for bringing their little one by.
